What's the difference between
Custom and Ready-Fit covers?
Car Cover Kingdom car and truck covers may be ordered as either a
Custom-Fit or Ready-Fit cover for
most vehicles. See below for the differences between the vehicle cover
types.
Custom Fit Covers
Custom-fit covers follow the exact contours of the vehicle.
The patterns are designed so the cover protects all the vehicle's
sheet metal and extend at least half way down the tire. Because
Custom-Fit covers are tailored to your vehicle, they won't move
around in the wind like universal car covers. Custom car covers
generally have mirror pockets for most newer vehicles.
Ready Fit Covers
Ready-Fit covers are a universal style cover. Ready-Fit covers
fit a variety of vehicles within a particular size group, they
do not have mirror pockets. Because CoverCraft manufactures a
large variety of ready-fit covers for many sizes of vehicles you
can be assured that your cover will be a much better fit than
most competing brands. Ready-fit covers do not have mirror pockets.
