Free shipping only applies to orders shipped to locations within the continental United States (lower 48 states). Free shipping does NOT apply to orders shipped to INTERNATIONAL locations or orders shipped to HAWAII, ALASKA, CANADA or PUERTO RICO.

INTERNATIONAL orders will be charged a flat shipping fee of $77.50 for up to one (1) item. This shipping charge will be added to the order at checkout. Additional shipping charges will be applied if two (2) or more items will be shipped to any location outside the continental US. Any additional shipping charges will be provided during checkout (before you pay).

HAWAII, ALASKA, CANADA or PUERTO RICO orders will be charged a flat shipping fee of $44.50 for up to one (1) item. This shipping charge will be added to the order at checkout. Additional shipping charges will be applied if two (2) or more items will be shipped to any location outside the continental US. Any additional shipping charges will be provided during checkout (before you pay).

The shipping method will be selected by Car Cover Kingdom. Customers requesting special shipping methods will be fully responsible for any additional shipping charges. Please contact us for details.

Product Shipping Chart

Most products are shipped within 2-3 business days from the time your order is received. Most orders being delivered to the lower 48 US states arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and all other locations outside of the US take slightly longer, depending on the carrier. Please use the table below for an estimate of average shipping times for the product types offered on our site. Note, however, that suppliers' inventory and other factors may delay an order from being shipped within the average shipping time noted below.

*PLEASE NOTE: All special-order car covers normally ship within 4 to 10 business days because they are manufactured to the exact size and specifications of the vehicle. However, we can offer express service on some custom-fit, special-order car covers. Car Cover Kingdom accepts Visa and MasterCard payments. If desired, you may also pay through PayPal. All payment methods provided by Car Cover Kingdom are conducted via a secure, 128-bit encrypted area! Please note that PayPal no longer requires customers to create an account to purchase products!

Order Confirmations

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after ordering your product, as well as an email from VeriSign or PayPal confirming payment processing. If you believe that there is an error in the order, please contact us as soon as possible (see our "Contact Us" page for details) so that we may correct the situation.

Returns and Exchanges

Car Cover Kingdom Return Policy

Car Cover Kingdom will refund full payment of defective or incorrect products within 15 days of delivery, except for CoverCraft "no return items" described below. A 20% re-stocking fee applies. Customers who refuse a product delivery will incur a 20% restocking fee and any associated shipping costs due on the returned product. Returned products must be in like new, restockable condition, meaning no wear, marks, dirt, or damage. All returns will be inspected by the product suppliers before a refund is issued. Please allow 10-12 business days for refund processing, once the products is received by our warehouse. Refunds will be made to the original order payment method.

All sales are final 15 days after the UPS, FedEx, or USPS delivery date.

IMPORTANT: All returning items must have a Return Authorization Number. Please contact Car Cover Kingdom for an RA Number before shipping any item back to us. Returns are not accepted without an RA Number, and they will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

NOTE: CoverCraft "No Return Items"

All sales are final on the products listed below.

1. Special design projects requiring dimension sheets/photos are not returnable except for Warranty issues. (Example: Covers made specifically to accommodate aftermarket exterior add on equipment. We build our special design covers with the dimensions that you provide on our Dimension Sheets. If there is a fit problem, we will work with you to obtain the fit you require. Accuracy of your measurements are important for the desired result.
2. Embroidered items are not returnable.
3. Custom-fit covers for vehicles manufactured before 1955 are not returnable except for Warranty issues.
4. Due to the high cost of the Sunbrella, and Weathershield HD fabrics, these covers are not returnable except for warranty issues.
5. No returns on products shipped outside the US and Canada.
6. DIRTY COVERS: All returning items are inspected by Covercraft Industries and must be without tire marks, grease, dirt, or other damage that would prevent that item from being returned to stock for resale. Inspection is by Covercraft and Covercraft is the final authority as to a returning item's condition. Items not returnable to stock will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.

Car Cover Kingdom Exchange Policy

We will exchange your cover or accessory product with another product of equal or higher value if not satisfied within 15 days of your original delivery date by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You will only pay the price difference (if any) and shipping costs.

All sales are final 15 days after the UPS, FedEx, or USPS delivery date.
